I'm Chris Muench, and I've spent the last 20 years in the trenches as an IT Systems Engineer. I've seen the problems firsthand—the janky deployments, the monitoring nightmares, the infrastructure that barely holds together. That's where the passion for building better tools comes from.
After years of working with broken systems, I stepped back. Rediscovered why I got into software development in the first place. Not to follow best practices or check boxes, but to actually solve problems that teams face every day.
